Christina graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego in 2011 and practiced there through 2019. Her specialties were sports injuries and pain management, migraines, women's health and infertility. She works with all conditions but has a passion and understanding for infertility due to her own 5 year process to get pregnant.
In San Diego she enjoyed working with both professional and high school athletes. She is a crossfitter so she understands the "athlete" mentality and the mechanics of movement for sports and weight lifting and can help with any injuries. She can work with both acute and chronic pain.
She can counsel in herbal supplements as she is a licensed herbalist and through her time in practice has come to love specific formulas for certain conditions.

Brynne graduated with her license in Massage Therapy from National Holistic Institute in California in 2018. She studied multiple modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage. In each massage service, she uses a combination of the modalities that she has learned in order to provide each person with a customized massage to obtain the release of tension and pain. Brynne has experience working in the Spa, multiple chiropractic offices, as well as managing her own private practice. Brynne loves her job and looks forward to helping you!

Kathleen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and she is a Certified Professional Coach after training with iPEC, an IFC-accredited coach training institution. Her passion has always been helping others, whether that was mentoring peers at work, partnering with entrepreneurs to grow their wellness businesses, or hosting aromatherapy workshops. Her focus now is helping women create happy, successful relationships that last. She has seen coaching release limiting beliefs that hinder intimate relationships as well as help women tap into their innate abilities to manifest the relationship of their dreams. She offers in-person and virtual coaching sessions.
